44.Description of Resource THIS TWO-STORY, ONE-PART VERTICAL BLOCK CLASSICAL BUILDING FEATURES A CONCRETE FOUNDATION AND BUFF BRICK EXTERIOR WALLS. THE BAYS ARE SEPARATED BY STONE CLASSICAL PILASTERS. RECESSED BANDS IN THE BRICK APPEAR EVERY EIGHT BRICK COURSES. THE BUILDING IS FIVE BAYS WIDE WITH A CENTER ALUMINUM DOOR ENTRANCE FLANKED ON EITHER SIDE BY TWO, ONE-OVER-ONE ALUMINUM WINDOWS ON THE EAST, AND ONE ONE-OVER-ONE ALUMINUM WINDOW AND ONE FIXED ALUMINUM WINDOW ON THE WEST. THE SECOND STORY WINDOWS ARE FIXED ONE-LIGHT ALUMINUM WINDOWS. THERE IS AN ONE BAY AWNING OVER THE ENTRANCE. THE CORNICE IS STONE WITH "CITY OF YUKON" ENGRAVED IN THE CENTER. THE SIDE ELEVATION FEATURES THE SAME WINDOWS AND DETAILING AS THE FACADE EXCEPT THERE ARE NO PILASTERS.
